Delete your account

You can delete your app account from inside the app. It removes your lights and spaces from the app after 7 days; your MOD LIGHTING orders and your account on the website stay as they are.

In the app

1. Go to You › Profile.
2. Tap Delete this account, then Continue, then Delete.

Signing in again within 7 days cancels the deletion. After that, your lights and spaces are removed from the app.

Without the app

If you no longer have the app, use the account deletion page on our website.

Before you delete

• Your lights keep working on their remotes whatever happens to the account.
• If someone else at home uses the same sign-in, deleting it removes the lights from their app too.
• Just want a fresh start on a new phone? You do not need to delete anything. Sign in with the same email and your lights come back. See Sign in, your account and a new phone.
