Share your lights with your household

Yes, everyone at home can run the lights from their own phone. They install the MOD LIGHTING app and sign in with the same email you use.

How it works

1. They download the MOD LIGHTING app from the App Store or Google Play.
2. They tap Sign in and type your email, the one your lights are set up with.
3. The six-digit sign-in code lands in your mailbox, so pass it on to them. It is good for 10 minutes.

Once they are in, they see the same lights, spaces and schedules you do, and anything either of you changes shows on both phones.

Good to know

• There is no invite or sharing screen for separate accounts yet. One email, shared, is the way today.
• Someone with a code can also set an optional password under You › Profile, so the next sign-in does not need the mailbox.
• The remote still works for everyone, with or without the app.
