Over a table, Topaz sets gemstone-like crystals along a 35-inch linear run of brushed stainless steel. Bryce brings brushed gold onto a 16-inch flush ceiling light, and Harris does the same across one to five track heads.

Choosing size and tone

Size overhead pieces with the room formula, length plus width in feet read as inches of minimum diameter, and hang a dining fixture 30 to 36 inches above the table. Mount sconces at 60 to 65 inches. For tone, match the gold to the metal already in the room: brushed gold sits matte and understated, metallic and polished golds run brighter.
