MOD Loyalty Program: Official Policy

Welcome to MOD Rewards, our loyalty program designed to reward and elevate your shopping experience.

By participating in the program, you agree to the following terms.

1. Program Eligibility & Enrollment

1.1 Eligibility

MOD Rewards is available to individuals who:

  • Are 18 years or older
  • Have a valid email address
  • Create a MOD customer account

1.2 Enrollment

Creating a MOD account automatically enrolls you in the program.

Enrollment is free; no purchase is required.

1.3 Account Access

Your rewards, cashback balance, tier status, and referral rewards can be viewed anytime in your Customer Hub.

You must be logged in to earn or redeem rewards.

2. Earning Rewards

2.1 Cashback Rewards

Members earn cashback rewards ("Rewards") on qualifying purchases. Earn rates are based on your tier and displayed on the MOD Rewards page.

2.2 Qualifying Purchases

Rewards are earned on order subtotal excluding shipping, taxes, and discounts.

Rewards are not earned on:

  • Gift cards
  • Prior purchases
  • Non-qualifying promotional items

2.3 Posting of Rewards

Rewards are typically issued immediately after a purchase, though processing may take up to 72 hours.

2.4 Bonus Earning Opportunities

Members may earn additional rewards through:

  • Birthday and anniversary gifts
  • Wishlist activity
  • Workshops and special events
  • Limited-time bonus campaigns
  • Successful referrals

MOD may add, update, or remove bonus opportunities at any time.

3. Redeeming Rewards

3.1 How to Redeem

Rewards can be applied directly at checkout toward eligible purchases. Rewards convert to dollar value and reduce the order amount.

3.2 Redemption Minimums & Maximums

Minimum redemption thresholds may apply.

A maximum of $300 in Rewards can be applied per order unless otherwise stated.

3.3 Restrictions

Rewards cannot be:

  • Exchanged for cash
  • Transferred to another account
  • Applied to gift cards (unless specified)
  • Combined with certain promo codes or sitewide promotions (varies per campaign)

4. Reward Expiration

4.1 Expiration Timeline

Rewards expire 12 months after the date they are earned.

4.2 Expiration Reminders

MOD will send reminder emails before Rewards expire, but is not responsible for undelivered emails.

4.3 Expired Rewards

Expired Rewards cannot be reinstated.

5. MOD Rewards Tiers

5.1 Tier Structure

Your tier is based on your qualifying spend within a 12-month period.

  • Silver – Free to Join
  • Gold – Spend $800
  • Platinum – Spend $2,500
  • Diamond – Spend $5,000

Tier thresholds may be updated at MOD's discretion.

5.2 Tier Benefits

Higher tiers unlock elevated perks including:

  • Increased cashback earn rates
  • Exclusive offers
  • Early access to new collections
  • VIP flash sales
  • Priority support for upper tiers

MOD may adjust tier benefits at any time.

5.3 Tier Duration

Tier status remains active for 12 months from the date achieved.

6. Referral Program

6.1 How It Works

Share your unique referral link with friends or family. When your friend places their first qualifying order of $500+ using your link, they receive $100 off, and you receive $100 in Rewards.

6.2 Limitations

  • Referrals must be first-time MOD shoppers
  • Self-referrals or duplicate accounts are prohibited
  • Rewards are issued only after the referred order is completed
  • Cancelled or refunded orders void referral rewards
  • MOD reserves the right to review referrals for misuse

7. Returns & Reward Adjustments

7.1 Returns If an item is returned, any Rewards earned from that order will be deducted from your balance.

7.2 Negative Balance If your account balance becomes negative due to reversed Rewards, future earnings may offset the negative amount before new Rewards become available to use.

8. Fraud, Misuse & Account Termination

MOD reserves the right to:

  • Review accounts for suspected fraud or abuse
  • Withhold, revoke, or adjust Rewards
  • Remove members from the program
  • Modify or suspend an account

Fraud includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts, self-referrals, or attempting to manipulate earning or redemption behavior.

9. Program Modifications & Termination

MOD may modify or terminate the MOD Rewards Program at any time. Changes may include:

  • Cashback earn rates
  • Tier thresholds
  • Earning or redemption rules
  • Benefits or perks
  • Expiration policies

Your continued participation constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
