- Limited Warranty FAQMOD LIGHTING's 1-Year Limited Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This warranty is applicable to MOD LIGHTING products purchased directly from the official MOD LIGHTING website.
- 2-Year Extended Warranty FAQOur 2-Year Extended Warranty builds upon our standard 1-Year Limited Warranty, offering a total of 3 years of coverage from the date of purchase. This extended warranty is designed to give you peace of mind and protect your investment by covering:
- Replacement PartsYes, we offer replacement parts or bulbs to our customers. Please contact us and a client care specialist will assist.
- Haylen Frequently Asked QuestionsHaylen wall lights are wall-mounted with hard wire. Each unit includes a complimentary 4'' x 4'' cover plate, which may be optionally utilized during installation. You can view our installation guide here, along with the installation video here. These wall lights are versatile and can be installed on various wall or panel types.
- Dimensions and SpecsAll the product dimensions, sizes, certifications, and other relevant information can be found on each product page under the 'Dimensions & Specs' tab. Please make sure to select the correct variant to see the corresponding details. If you have any questions, please contact us.
- StockWe have an icon on each product page to show you whether a specific fixture is in stock. If the fixture is sold out, it will be marked as out of stock.
