- Changes & CancellationsTo cancel or change your order, please fill out the contact form within 2 hours of making your purchase and select "Cancellation". Please note that if you wish to cancel your order after it has already been processed, a cancellation fee will be applied to the order. If the order has already been shipped, unfortunately, we can no longer cancel your order.
- Price Match GuaranteeMOD LIGHTING's Price Match Guarantee is valid for 3 days from the date of your purchase. If the same product goes on sale on our website, simply reach out and we will gladly refund the difference.
- PricesYes, the prices shown are for each individual lighting fixture or the per unit price. Some of our lights are designed to look particularly striking when used in pairs, so you may want to consider that for a more balanced appearance!

- Why Can't I Checkout?Why can't I checkout with an Open Box item? We currently only ship Open Box items to customers based in the United States.
